Doug at WHM was so lovely to work with during our home-buying process. This was the first home my husband and I purchased, so we had no shortage of questions as to how the home loan process works. Doug was so patient and spent many nights on the phone with us, addressing all of our questions and concerns. He was extremely available to discuss numbers on many properties that we had shown interest in, for the months leading up to when we decided on our home. He worked hard to get us the best possible rates for the time we were buying. He was also present at our closing to help facilitate the process. Doug has been doing this a while, and his industry knowledge certainly showed. The team at WHM (looking at you, Desiree!) was also extremely helpful throughout, and it didn't just stop at closing- they jumped back in to help when we had questions afterwards and continued to reach out to various others on our behalf. Diego and his team was excellent!!  I was stressing but Diego had the patience and knowledge to get my financing done. For some reason, they make you feel like; you are their only client.
